IMPERATIVO

Al hilo de la entrada anterior, explico brevemente la formación del IMPERATIVO:

1) Como prefijo ponemos el sujeto:

Ni - Yo

U - Tu

A - Él

Tu - Nosotros

M - Vosotros

Wa - Ellos

2) Ponemos a continuación la raiz del verbo cambiando la última letra por la e.

Ejemplos:

Vamos - Tuende, verbo kwenda (ir)

Corre - Ukimbie, verbo kukimbia (correr)

Que obtenga (él) - Apate, verbo kupata (obtener)

Jueguen (ustedes) - Mcheze, verbo kucheza (jugar)

Escribe - Uandike, verbo kuandika (escribir)

REBELIÓN MAU-MAU

Mau Mau fue una organización de rebeldes keniatas que luchó contra el imperio británico durante la época colonial. La rebelión fue decisiva para que Kenia obtuviera la independencia en 1963.
Existen varias teorías sobre el origen de la palabra mau-mau, pero la que más me gusta es la que viene del swahili;
